How Do You Pay For My Motorcycle Or Scooter?
We pay by instant bank transfer on the day of collection.
This means:
- No cash handling
- No waiting for cheques to clear
- No payment delays
- Funds arrive directly into your bank account
Payment is sent before the motorcycle or scooter is loaded onto the collection vehicle. You can confirm receipt using your mobile or online banking before the handover is completed.
Is Payment Guaranteed?
Yes.
Once a valuation is agreed and collection is booked, payment is guaranteed provided the bike matches the details supplied during the valuation process.
We do not use payment as a negotiation tool and we do not withhold funds to pressure sellers into accepting lower prices.
When information is accurate, the agreed price is the price we pay.
What Bank Details Do You Need?
To complete payment, we will request:
- Account holder name
- Sort code
- Account number
This information is only used to process your payment and is handled securely.

- Send payment via bank transfer
- Load the bike once funds are confirmed
The process is straightforward and usually completed within a short time.
We do not carry out forensic inspections designed to reduce the price over minor wear and tear. Our checks are there to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Do I Need To Be Present For Collection?
Ideally yes, but we understand this isn’t always possible.
If needed:
- A family member or friend can be present
- Collection can take place at a garage or storage location
- Alternative arrangements can be discussed
Just let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct paperwork.
What If I Need To Change Or Cancel Collection?
We understand plans change.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to rearrange collection where needed.
There are no penalties for changing your mind before collection takes place.

Once your bike has been collected:
- DVLA transfer confirmation is processed
- Ownership responsibility is passed to us
