For us to buy your motorbike or scooter, we do need your original V5 document (log book) in your name. If you need to get a duplicate log book (V5C) as the original has been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, then you can apply online through the DVLA. The V5C will then be posted to the address that the DVLA has on record. Visit https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-log-book to apply for a replacement log book.
It’s in your own interest to be as accurate as possible about your bike. Our motorbike expert will notice any discrepancies during the inspection and may have to lower the valuation as a result. We pride ourselves on giving a fair market price but can only work with the information you provide.
We will endeavour to collect your bike at your convenience free of charge from anywhere within mainland England, Scotland, or Wales.
Under no circumstances do we charge any amount to sell your bike to us, We pay before the bike leaves your address (finance companies will be paid within 24 hours )
We don’t offer a sale or return option, all motorbikes are purchased outright,
All motorbikes & scooters are paid for via bank transfer before the vehicle is loaded on our van, please make sure you have access to online banking if you need to check the payment has arrived
We do not charge any fees for same day transfer
You will need to get a settlement figure before we arrive as we will need this to clear the finance on your behalf (please allow 24 hours for us to clear the finance & send you a confirmation of payment)
We unable to assist in getting a settlement figure from your finance provider, in most cases you can call the finance lender or if you have an online portal with your agreement you may be able to request this through the portal (please make sure you have done this process well in advance to our driver arriving as we will most likely not have time wait whilst you do this )
